1. How does it work?
When you arrive at PC Gaming Arena and it's your first time we will set you up with an account which will include your email address and date of birth. We then add game time to your account depending on how much you have paid for. Once you're all set up, it's time to play! You will be assigned to one of our 10 stations, login with your new details, set a password, and choose what you want to play. Staff will be on hand if you run into any issues or if you have any questions.
2. How much is it to play?
Game Time is £7 per hour. Day Passes are available. £25 for Full Day (8 Hours). £15 for Half Day (4 hours)
Passes expire at close on day of purchase.
3. What games do you have?
We have a whole ton of pre installed games such as Fortnite, PUBG, Apex Legends, League of Legends, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Quake Champions, CoD Modern Warfare and many more.
4. Can I use my own Steam, Epic, EA, Battle.net, etc account?
Yes. Just be sure you know your login details before you arrive! Refunds will not be given if you can't login as this is not a fault of the Arena or Staff.
5. Are there any age limits?
We require players at the Arena to be 12+
6. Can I play games that are PEGI Age rated older than my age?
You can only play games that are suitable for your age unless we have consent from a parent or guardian. Consent will need to be given at the Arena to a member of staff.
7. How long can I play for?
Check out our open times on the home page. Sometimes we stay open later for certain events. Check our social pages for these!
8. Can I bring my own peripherals?
Definitely. We provide some of the best peripherals already at the Arena, but we know how strange it can be using a different mouse, keyboard, headset especially when it comes to tournaments.
9. Do I need to book in advance?
We are currently changing our online booking system and only taking walks in. However if you require a group booking you can contact us at email@example.com and we can send an invoice to pay online.
It's best to buy a ticket for Community Nights as these are capped to 10 Players.
10. What do parties include?
You will receive exclusive use of the Arena for the duration of the party.
11. Is there food at the Arena?
We have a G Fuel bar! There is also two vending machines on site that provide hot or cold drinks along with snacks. For hot food there is Leo Cafe downstairs in the Shopping Centre.
12. How do I get good?
Come to the Arena, meet people who play the same games, learn from them, form a team, train together, enter tournaments, believe in yourself, and most importantly, play more!
